The only three leg workout routines you need to know to get those sexy legs

1. Basic squat and kicks – This particular exercise does not only workout your lower body but it also is a full body workout. 4 sets of 15 repetitions will do wonders for you. Start with keeping your body straight, your stomach sucked in and tight, end in squat position, rise up and kick your leg sideways up till your hip level, return to basics afterwards and do the same thing with the other leg.
2. Plie heel raise – You may not be a ballerina, trust us, you do not have to be but you still can do this exercise using a chair at home. If you do this exercise strictly without taking break then 4 sets of 10 repetition each will leave you gasping for breath. What you got to do is – Get on your toes while keeping your feet wide apart, start lowering down into a plie squat position keeping your heel up and toes firm on the ground. Keep your arms extended and do not rest your heels on the ground. Take support using a chair if you are unable to balance yourself. Breath in and out while doing this. You will see this difference in your legs and derriere (must we say) in no time.
3. Squat and jump – Another intense workout routine which helps the entire body burn fat. Start from the basic squat position, bend down then throw yourself up reaching for the ceiling, land safely on your toe bending your knee like a spring. Do this for 30 to 40 seconds without giving break to see best results.
